- 17. Previous approval of HMG/Nepal will be taken while taking foreign assistance
a) There shall be separate fund for institution.
b) Membership fee, receipt from HMG/Nepal, an individual, National and international institution/association as subsidies and other receipt other than receipt not in contrary to the prevalent law of Nepal, will be credited there to.
c) Auditor as applicable to other an will audit books of Account and the same together with the progress report will be submitted to general meeting & the report of auditor will be submitted before the local officer and the Social Welfare Council each year.
d) Bank account will be opened and operated with joint signatures of chairman, secretary and treasurer.
- 18. Amendment of Constitution.
Proposal for amending the Constitution, which shall not be contrary to the objectives of institution, shall be passed by 2/3 of total members in general meeting. The amended Constitution will become into force with the prior approval of the local officer.
- 19. Dissolution of the institution.
The institution may be dissolved in any one of the following situations:
a) The creation of situation, which compelling to dissolve the institution by reason of the law applicable to the kingdom of the Nepal or compulsory dissolution.
b) The institution will not be operational by any reason or the institution will be dissolved in accordance with above, all the assets of it shall be handed over to HMG/Nepal.

- 21. No confidence motion.
a) Proposals on vote for no confidence will be brought against any member, officer or executive committee in general meeting and the same proposals passed by 2/3rd of total members in general meeting shall be effective. However opportunity of being heard will be provided to the person against whom the motion is brought.
- 22. Anything contained in this constitution to the contrary to the prevalent laws will be imperative.
- 23. The executive committee will be competent to make rules (within constitutional boundary), which will be consented by institution at General meeting.
- 24. Saving
If any difficulty arises in execution of any section of this constitution, the difficulty will be removed by the resolution of executive committee duly passed by 2/3rd majority of committee.
